How Soothing · Hydration · Custom RF Care works
Tailored skin care with distinct cooling, ion-based, ultrasound and radiofrequency approaches
Cryo uses cooling, Ionzyme uses an electrical approach, SONO uses ultrasound and custom radiofrequency care uses warmth. The plan distinguishes days when soothing is needed from those suitable for warming care, considering the products, skin sensation and barrier condition. Cooling and radiofrequency are not automatically used together. Sensitivity to cold, reduced sensation or implanted electronic devices require a review of device-specific restrictions. Radiofrequency skin care differs from lifting procedures in intensity and purpose and should not be presented as providing identical results.

Expected changes and suitable candidates
Assess heat, dryness, firmness and product sensitivity to select cooling, ion-based, ultrasound or radiofrequency care and adjust temperature and application area
Consider a consultation for dry or tight skin, sensitivity after care or concerns about firmness. Worsening redness or pain and weeping skin require medical assessment before further care.
We assess the gap between your current condition and desired changes, and discuss the treatment's scope and limitations. Individual responses can differ.
Number of sessions, intervals and duration
Tell the practitioner immediately if the care feels excessively cold, hot or stinging. At the next visit, comfort, redness, dryness and texture changes are reviewed together to adjust products, intensity and intervals.
Planning before and after treatment
- Consultation: share your medical history, past treatments and important dates.
- Planning: confirm the treatment areas, products or devices and recovery plan.
- Follow-up: follow the aftercare instructions and contact a medical institution about unusual symptoms.
Possible side effects and precautions
Products and devices may cause irritation, redness, or allergic reactions. Avoid excessive stimulation from heating or cooling devices; stop and obtain assessment if pain or skin-color changes occur.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, inflammation at the treatment site, implanted devices and medication can affect suitability. A clinician should assess these according to the guidance for the particular product and device.
